Primary care for the whole family
One office for check-ups, sick visits, forms, refills and the questions you've been putting off. A provider who knows your name and your history. And a front desk that answers the phone in your language.
What primary care covers
- Yearly check-ups. A full exam, the screenings you are due for, and time for your questions.
- Sick visits. Colds, flu, fevers, sore throats, rashes and stomach bugs.
- Minor injuries. Cuts, sprains, burns and bites.
- Physicals and forms. School, sports, work and DOT physicals. [CONFIRM: DOT provider is on the FMCSA registry]
- Prescriptions and refills. We manage your daily medicines and keep them up to date.
- Referrals. When you need a specialist, we'll send you to one and keep track of your care.
Your first visit
- 01Book online or call. Tell us which language you'd like your visit in.
- 02Bring your ID, insurance card and medicines. A list of your medicines works too.
- 03Get to know your provider. We'll go over your health history, check your vitals and talk about what matters to you.
- 04Leave with a plan. You'll know what's next and when to come back.
